The College of Science and Engineering consists of 63 faculty members from 5 disciplines including construction engineering, industrial engineering and management, applied chemistry, and environmental engineering and management. The college offers 3 degree programs: M.S. and Ph.D. degrees in biotechnology, M.S. and B.S. degrees in applied chemistry and environmental engineering and management, M.S. and IEET-accredited (equivalent to ABET-accredited) B.S. in construction engineering and industrial engineering and management.
The college has over 227 graduate students and 1800 undergraduate students, and over NT$50 million per year in external funding. Faculty members work in multidisciplinary team focused on their research problems and publish 80 SCI level journal papers per year.
